Toni’s Ices was established in 1975 by Valentino Coppolaro. The first ice cream cart was hand made by Valentino and he pushed it daily into Cambridge Town Centre from his home to sell ice cream.

Thirty years on, the business remains a family business and has now expanded to six ice cream carts and four soft ice cream vans. Valentino still plays an active role in the day to day running of the business at the age of 78.
